Training and Support
Full trai ning

linked to the nxo Creative Hub and each other by a unique
intranet-based process management system. This allows franchisees to
track work as it progresses through the nxo Creative Hub.
Franchisees receive a substantial discount on all tactical hours,
which they mark up to cover their project management and client
liaison activity. Franchisees are provided with comprehensive, on
going, one-to-one mentoring and attend regular franchise forums where
franchisees can meet and share experiences. The nxo Creative
Hub also provides a centralised call handling/message taking service,
branded templates and documentation.
